Touching your root chakra, intone Malkuth and Visualize a sphere of earthly colours with the Planetary symbol of the Earth.
Say, "To the Ishim, Mine is the Kingdom", Let my psyche be fortified for my physical and psychological survival.

Touching your genitals, intone Yesod and Visualize a sphere of violet with the Planetary symbol of the Moon.
Say, "To the Kerubim, Mine is the Foundation", Let my
consciousness be filled with creative energy and concrete manifestations.

Touching your navel, intone Hod and Netzach and Visualize an orange and green sphere, respectively, with the Planetary symbols of Mercury and Venus.
Say, "To the Bnei Elohim and Elohim, Mine is the Glory
and Victory", Give me the power of mental discrimination, just as a double edged sword that severs and binds. And let feeling act upon me.

Touching your heart, intone Tiphereth and Visualize a golden sphere with the Planetary symbol of the Sun.
Say, "To the Malakhim, Mine is the Beauty, Balance, and Harmony", Equilibriate and balance all states of my consciousness, giving me a sound mind and intuitive insight.

Touching your throat, intone Geburah and Chesod and
Visualize a red and blue sphere, respectively, with the
Planetary symbols of Mars and Jupiter.
Say, "To the Seraphim and Hashmalim, Mine is the Severity and Mercy", Let me be reborn and triumphant as a result of the cause and effect of all my relationships, events, and actions. For these are all neccesary phenomina for my growth and attainment on all levels.

Touching your forehead, intone Binah and Chokmah and
Visualize a black and grey sphere, respectively, with the Planetary symbols of Saturn and Uranus.
Say, "To the Aralim and Ophanim, Mine is the Understanding and Wisdom", Give insight and the ability to think intuitively. Let the eternal archetype`s take form
from my real world of life and experience.

Touching the top of your head, intone Kether and Visualize a white sphere with the Planetary symbols of Pluto and Neptune. Say, "To the Hayot Ha Kodesh, Mine is the Crown", Actualize the full creative potential of my consciousness.

Arms extended to the Heavens, intone Ain Soph Aur and
Visualize a Vast and boundless dimness.
Say, Let I transcend to the Absolute, to the place beyond the one and many.

Take a moment to see and feel all the sphere`s and symbols emanating from your chakra`s.
