Alchemy for the Querrillous.

By ALZM

Chapter one : the stink of the matter.

Let me start by saying that you could study the standard alchemical texts for so many ages that the very gods would have beards longer than the chinese immortals and not know more than does the gentlest bud.
But in what way is such lesser than just recognising at least that the Orgone resides within?
It is not..
And it is.
One: - it is because verily the nature of all growth lies internal.
Two: it is not because the Yod lies not just there and lies from where I stand more in potential than it does in actuality in the beginning.
The task of the alchemist is to fullfil the nature of the Orgone beyond the grasp and venom of nature.
We may learn from her, for her she is, Lady to our art, though a potatoe might rot however will it then truly create alcohol?
Let me assure you it will not.
It will dissipate and leave nothing of itself but a vaint odour of what it wasn't.
For even in this lies alchemy and this is our first stage of work.
The work is this.
We take any plant and then add that into a bottle that suitably large with an adequate measure of water and then place that on a coffeemakers hotplate and just leave it with a dash of sugar and some yeast.
Then when we return to such, simply by smelling it once in a while, we can tell where rot sets in and where alchemy is born in the nature of it being alcoholic which in Arabic is Al-Kuhl though they say it's not.
But then Alchemy does not rest fully in arab bosom, it's roots lie in the texts of Ancient greece, that they kept and which where later translated.
Such are the Corpus Hermeticum, the Asclepius and the Tabula Smaragdina, which fools claim to just be about the sun.
For they say the text ends with the work of the sun being done.
Well yes, but it doesn't end there.
Now let us return to our rot or putrefactio, for herein lie the secrets of initiation in the physical.
The matters is affected by changes within it.
An inner heat which slowly blossoms being helped from outside.
This heat is a form of anger.
Which if you express it well will allow you to transgress the realm of nature in the physical form of where it blossoms in Hell.
For such is all physique.
The internal raging volcanoe must be wakened and the four elements united rot, yet befriended to fully allow you to see the inner unfolding to become real.
The four are the four states.
And these influence the nature of the experiment directly.
It being an experiment because ALL alchemical work is.
The four can be bound in the form of a four leaf clover.
One to each side, one element each.
Yet is this allegory and myth.
The practical side is easy.
The mystical however informs the practical, keep then in mind that the four formulate the essence or chi of the rotting substance during three fases.
One:- The gestation.
Two:- The growth.
Three: Alchemy.
Which relate to the following concepts, namely the three philosophical principles.
One is the earth on which we stand and everything solid, the Body, and is called philosophical Salt.
Two is the motion of our world and everything fluid, the Mind, and is called philosophical Mercury.
Three is the air we breathe and everything gaseous, the Genius, and is called philosophical Sulphur.
Now this is true of our plant that in all ways we find it in Earth, fed by water, heated by the sun, given air under three different philophical noumena.
These three are what we have already mentionned.
The seedling is our Salt.
The growing plant is our Mercury.
The alchemical work on the plant though is of the Soul and thus of Sulphur.
Now though we shall take it out of it's direct natural habitat and recreate what we knew worked.
We will give it water to feed on, leak into.
We will give it's own earth, itself, to grow with.
We will give it enough air to expand under heat.
We will give it fire to appeal it's inner fire.

Chapter Two : And now for the lush bit.

As we have created Alcohol by means of fermentation we now get to increase the amount of alcohol AKA Spirit, the fifth element in the Western European system and I would suspect in the American one, and elevate the matter fully to another plane leaving that of the four elements behind us.
We then deal what is peculiarly called a psycho drama.
For we enter into a world which is ruled by the planets.
In voodoo the seven african powers.
The moon, mercury, venus, the sun, mars, jupiter, saturn and the three or the Gods only know how many outer planets.
For they all have the following impact.
Each and every single last plant is dedicated to one or more of them.
As such a plant can be lunar as in the case of Willow and jupiteran and golden as in the case of Lemon Balm.
It up to the individual to really find out in what way the plant or other material relates to one of the planets by understanding it's detriments and qualities.
The fact that many people died of Mercury poisoning is due to sloppy analysis.
Really bad.
I mean we can sue the alcohol of a plant in MOST cases.
But if it's wood alcohol we do not ever want to.
For that is pure poison.
The blues musicians called Blind joe or blind wossname are that way due to making their own alcohol and getting wood alcohol and drinking it.
I do not tell you how to.
Just in case you have a nice neighbour you wanna expose to the mysteries of improved hearing so you can turn up the stereo even harder.
Alcohol and it's creation are as old as some drug use.
We can find evidence of pure junk IE heroine in ancient egyptian mummies.
They knew how to do it too.
And they used a copious amount of Marijuana.
Oh sweet lover how I miss thee.
Yet are the rewards ever greater than even thy highest mystery?
Anyway.
The true lush will know that alcohol frees the mind and as such that is we intend to do here.
The planets all stand for rather interesting symbols you could say to the one aim of the work which is to elevate the nature of the substance we work with.
As such sometimes we see the work done as a set of tiers towards a palace.
Each step of the staircase is related to a planet.
Who know, what with our ever growing knowledge we will finally yield the kind off precision this work really desires.
To create any alcohol of decent strength we need to appeal to it's salt by means of heating it so it dissolves.
The same with the sulphur.
Alcohol readily assumes gaseous form.
We see here we start not with salt but with mercury (mind) at which our next step is then ofcourse sulphur and the one following by circuitous logic salt.
This is the way how.
Take a container which is heat resistant, like an old bottle or a tea kettle and attach a hose as well as you can with duct tape or anything that works.
This you then add the fluid substance to and then you put the whole contraption either in the sun for a while to gently heat it a little whilst you pray a lot or meditate or analyse something or directly onto the stove.
Let me tell you this.
If you do the former you might create a little Au. before you are supposed to.
The substance has to have a strong link to you.
For if it does not it will perform according to expectation, if low, but not beyond.
Study therefore, meditate, think.
Compare the meaning of the planets related to the substance to the world around you and to the stars and the planets themselves.
Then when the enlightenment hits you can be sure that you will shed any obscurity with your work.
Turn up the heat slowly, festina lente (Make haste slowly), during the experiment untill you either see something like a rainbow going through your hose or just plain ordinary luminous oil that looks like it basically would do to smear onto the tarmac so you can have the joy of knowing nobody follows you.

Chapter three. Mommy put the kettle on?

One let us resume our ideas about what we have done before now.
What we have done is work with the Salt being leeched through fermentation, the mercury being projected through distillation and that is it.
What we have left is the following.
The basic plant material that began with besides it's etheric oils, maybe a teensy bit of salt, a lot of mercury and some but not all Sulphur.
Here is the rub bub, the Genius likes to adhere to matter.
It finds in it a resting place.
A sort of throne if you will.
However the throne should not be in the physical matter but in a higher place where have already situated it and it's occupant, however we have not crowned him king yet.
And that is what still attract sulphur to the salt the idea of becoming it's true ruler.
Is this wrong?
No it is not at all wrong.
I therefore suggest capturing not one but both.
Having done various different calcinations I found that letting the sulphur means I don't get the salt to grow any whiter than red from having gone through a black stage.
Ergo it must hold true in the realm of possibilities in the greater mean that both of these substances must be used.
Since other Alchemists have been succesful in their attempts to make white salt and I have not my method is at fault.
And theirs is not.
Now I cannot for the life of me begin to understand these people much or at all.
I don't get them much.
But this must hold true.
Thereby a device for holding the sulphur capture whilst the salt is being heated exuding the sulphur in that time would mean that it has to be hermetically sealed.
Now here is the true rub then.
The egg of philosophers must be Hermetically closed.
To let the salt steam in the vapours that come broiling off it.
The pressure must be great thereby the vessel must be strong enough to keep.
I therefore suggest any jar that you can heat up untill you can the basic plant matter starts to glow red within itself.
This is then the start, then follows that the salt starts to fume Sulphur.
This must not escape.
For to boil Salt in it's own juices, and believe me these are fat, in the case of this sulphur means we uproot the rulership over the plain of the elements into another completely.
And this one is a higher Grade of the same salt we had before.
However, this time it will not stay the same.
And it has not.
For now we have made it more mutable by far meaning that it's more willing to change, yet in the same breath have we fortified it immensely.
How but by the very element that it hides.
Fire.
The inner one.
Orgone.
We have made ourselves a king's crown out off the very element which it consists off.
Namely the one true thing that all Crowns in our Art consist of.
Which is called Orichalcum.
What makes Orichalcum Orichalcum is that it stores gigantic amounts of sheer power.
Remember wiccans and crystals anyone?
They know this stuff, as do some druids.
If you want to go to the source on this read the follow up to West County Wicca by Capall Ban publications, written by Rhiannon Ryall.
And maybe west county wicca as well as Capall Bann is really dedicated to pumping out quality IMHO.
What we then have is a substance stewing in it's own fat as such what we get is what we put in.
The meat of the matter is the plant base ie the Salt but I suspect you got that, if not who cares.
Little do they know that in what are called the three kingdoms, three dimensional reality if you will, all of what you learned applies.
These three kingdoms operate in this way, and they are important.
The lowest one is the Plant kingdom and relates to the philosophical principle of Salt.
The middle one to the Animal or maybe Mineral kingdom and to the philosophical principle of Mercury.
The highest one to Metals and to philophical principle of Sulphur.
We have seen how strangely enough every last time there is a progression, however from where to where?
From the lowest one to the middle one through means of evolving the substance, from working with primarily Salt, to mercury to sulphur and then, in the next chapter Salt again, but in a higher realm.
For in truth we have evolved our prima materia, IE our starting substance, to a new way of expressing life seeking something different.
This is the notion of love upon a plain
The work continues to stay the same but the individual exact work needed to be done is through different operations.
The general idea here is one of a ascension of spiritual matters and a decension of the same to free the nature of such being anything else but in power.
The best way to do this is by getting a copper cup and using that with some pliers of a candle flame.
Sure you can try something else.
But good luck in finding anybody that can make a hermetic egg for you.
I guess you will just have to understand what this is and apply it to the very same real world it occuppies.
Albeit not in the hands of many people in the present.
Then we add them together and are done.

Chapter four: so what is it that we actually spent so much bloody time on?

Well one, it needs to be said that in order to create the true stone of the wise one needs a lot of time.
So with this lemon balm primum ens which helps you live longer you have the leasure to make the stone in your own lifetime.
According to Regardie it can take more than one life to achieve the Great Work.
And who is to say that with so much to do he is not right about that?
Well this much we now know through practical work.
One, the three philosophical principles.
Two, the four elements.
Three, something about the planets.
Four, the mysterious substance called Orgone.
Which brings us to examine this all a little.
First we noticed that the three philosophical principles basically explain different states of existance.
Like solid, fluid and gaseous.
Then having noticed we beg the question which particular form do they take in real life.
Well Salt is the earth below us and what they used to call Hell.
Mercury is the world in which we live and what the norsemen called Midgard.
Sulphur is the world above us and what they used to call Asgard.
Then we must take a look at the four elements.
What are they?
Well we know this much.
They occur around us in the forms of plants.
Now lets look at where they occur as well and see if you really are ready for this sort of work using the standard texts.
One the earth is the physical plane.
Two water is the plane above that.
Three air is the plain above that.
Four Fire is the plain above that.
Which is the Unicorn?
Which the Eagle?
Which the Dragon?
Which the Phoenix?
Are they in the right order?
Only reflection on this matter will tell.
Then the planets.
Now lemon balm is sacred to Jupiter and the Sun.
As such it heals the land or salt like Arthur and is healthy to brotherhood as in the the round table.
IE it helps you to become yourself more and in controll of the situation and as long as you are in the vicinity of others and worshipping a common theme you will live a long time.
This shared responsibility also helps to become more in tune with how the life of a man might run.
The shared principle involved here is the stone.
For the the act of becoming immortal has as it's general principle the elevation of life.
And of other imporant concepts if such is not seen as as important.
Then we have dealt with the inner nature of the plant.
This is shown as a form of energy that helps the plant develop and grow.
Evolve in a way to a certain level from a simple seed.
This we have helped develop above and beyond the common growth of that plant untill we have something more evolved than the actual plant can easily become without aid.
This energy is the secret of most alchemical work.
With all this in mind we are ready for the great work indeed, having taken our first steps upon it by claiming enoguh life to stay attuned to our work as long as it takes.
