‘UNTITLED I’
By Tabs
The following was written in the early hours of February the 28th 2004 e.v. After being awoken by my own voice and told that something needed to be written. What transpired was a conversation between the ‘self’ at the keyboard and the ‘self’ stood behind and slightly above. Some parts were dictated, others were argued and then formalised within what appeared on the page.
Although the ‘exterior’ self was the more dominant within the process, it seemed that some of my prejudices were allowed, as if these are things that need to be addressed. Especially true in this sense, is the internal battle to realise agape love whilst being confronted with the violence, corruption and senseless waste within the world every waking second.

Untitled.
Let he who is seen as the innocent show
you the way… 1
Morality or sciences do not confound them.
They follow their own path, as should we.
Let he who sees mediocrity as success be castigated as should you. 2
Smite the weak, yet not the helpless. They should be cherished as they teach you much.
Those that choose weakness should be treat as the Leper.
Those that are weak through no fault of their own should not be cast out, as they have much to teach us.
They see nature in its truest form.
Let they who prey on the weak be seen as the weak themselves,
For they are he lowest form of slave master.
3
Let those without conscience be treated as pariahs, they cast dice for the fortunes of many.
Let those with conscience catch the dice and throw it back in the face of the masters.
If the flame is for us all, should not all of us be able to heed its call.
The flame is not for the few… but for the multitudes.
If it is we shun our upbringing for the call, should we all not be accepted?
If the god of the few is dead, should not the god(s) of the many flourish?
The paths are many, as are the names, yet do we, not seek the same goal?
We seek understanding of the name of the universe.
We are all brothers and sisters under the stars, yet the self-righteous masters contrive to split us asunder.
Their passion is to make us meek and acceptant of their destructive rhetoric.
Should not we who are split by the word of politicians embrace each other and draw our swords in true name of freedom?
Those of us that continents attempt to trample under foot are the strong.
If not why does it take gross fortitude to try to destroy us? 4
Do we not only hate those that hate, thus negating the argument into itself?
WE cannot LOVE all, but must attempt this impossibility.
We LOVE those that we love, and hope for reciprocation.
LOVE meeting LOVE is infinity brought to nought.
HATE meeting HATE is nought expanded to infinity.
LOVE not your enemy, they will trample you under your own pacifism.
LOVE yourself, though not in idle vanity.
Let LOVE be not your battle cry.
Is this not HATE under the banner of illusion?
Let your own truth be the colours you hold aloft in battle.
Let your sword be SELF and your shield be UNIVERSE. 5
Strength through cynical morality and massing of warriors is the ultimate weakness.
If not, why do these citadels erect castle walls of steel and fire?
Is it not to keep the subjugated in as well as the enemy out?
Is it not seen that when no enemy is on the horizon, they turn on their own to affirm their authority? 6
We look to the East for inspiration and the West for confirmation.
Yet must we not look also to the North and the South so to complete the Eternal Circle?
In the Circle we see birth, life death and rebirth.
This is the Universal cycle of Creation and Destruction, fertility succeeded by desolation, then repeated ad infinitum 7
2. Why not she or they? This it is believed is due to the nature of the dialogue that unfolded and possibly the masculine part of the ego trying to reaffirm itself.
3. It is understood that this pertains to those who use a person’s weakness against them for some sort of gain or leverage. The previous lines seem uncomfortable as weakness in its different forms is seen as either positive or negative. Who am ‘I’ to judge what weakness is? Helplessness though seems different. It can be fleeting or permanent (yet both weakness and helplessness can be self-inflicted or conversely a construct of others).
4. This it is believed is a commentary on the modern World and the way war is used for social control. War feeds on itself. The conflict becomes like a vampire requiring more blood (and money) every day. The warmongers themselves become rich from it, so conflict becomes self-perpetuating. To keep the momentum up religion and freedom are used as ‘excuses’, yet war crushes the religion and freedom of the vanquished. Only when we evolve and realise that there should be only one goal, that which all faiths originally aspired to, will conflict become redundant. What is disturbing is that toward the end of this section, it calls for the drawing of swords. Is there truly any reason for violence, can there be such a thing as a righteous war?
5. This seems to be my battle between aspiring to agape love, whilst at the same time pandering to some of the social conditioning that must be overcome to progress.
6. Here another form of weakness (or extension of) appears. What follows seems to be a return to commentating on the contemporary World.
7. This seems to pertain to inclusion of all systems as was
intimated in an earlier section. Given the vastness of the universe, it
seem that petty squabbles in the material world are all for nought. It
is regarded to be a formalisation of my aspirations against the background
of my ultimate insignificance in the universe.
