Opener- Ba Gua Circle Walk/Dance of Yu hybrid:

The order (with the movements I'm using and my interpretation) is:  Kun,
arms at sides, palms down.  Yin point.  Stillness.
Sun.  Arms extended outward to sides.  Air the Unconfined- beginning f
thought.
Li.  Arms raised upwards.  Opening/receptive to Above and Below.
Tui.  Arms above head- almost forming a crescent, palms up.  Still Waters
Run Deep- introspection.
Return to center of Circle.
Ken- arms at sides, elbows bent, hands at shoulder height, palms outward.
Introspective stillness.
Kan- Tai Chi Ball-Holding position.  Black Earth phase- cessation of
activity as transformation takes place on deepest levels.
Chen- arms extended forward, elbows slightly bent,elbows to wrists together
fingers and palms outspread.  Bursting upwards from below.
Chien- left hand at chest,arm bent at elbow, palm facing right, right hand
at forehead, palm out, fingers spread.  Final realization.

Each movement is followed with a crossing of the wrists, palms inward,
fingers on chest, followed by palms turned out, wrists pressed together.
Turn in a small circle before heading to next stage.

Light shaking to induce trance and get NRG moving.  36 rounds of alternate
Nostril Pranayama while building up visualization of three pillars around
Sushumnaˆ red- left, sapphire- right, clear- front with a whirling
triskelion connecting them (used to enhance NRG flow).  Also visualize
Anamil Sigil (an entity that‚s connected to NRG Work- the Sigil by itself is
supposed to help condense NRG- I have no reason to disagree with this).   
Also bring up Cho Ku Rei to open Reiki flow.

Chakras/Centres

visualize Tattva corresponding to Chakra (Prithivi- Muladhara,Apas-
Svadisthana,   Agni- Manipura, Vayu- Anahata, Akasha- Vishuddha, witH a winged globe for Ajna and a gold rose/lotus thing
for Saharasa, no image for 8th)- draw NRG up from ground  and breathe
in to image while reciting bijamantra for Chakra  (10 reps each- no
words for Sahasrara and 8th). This is done in conjunction with a set of 5th
Way Chakra exercises- I‚ll quote directly from the site as I‚m in a lazy
mood right now:
1.FIRST CHAKRA: Sit on the floor on your heels.
Place hands flat on the thighs. Flex spine forward in pelvic area with
the inhale, backward on the exhale (Do at least 10 times).
 2.SECOND CHAKRA: Sit on the floor with your legs
crossed. Grab ankles with both hands and deeply inhale. Flex spine
forward and lift chest; rotate the top of the pelvis back. On exhale, flex the spine backwards and the pelvis
forwards near your "sit bones." Do at least 10 times.
3.THIRD CHAKRA: Sit with legs crossed; grasp the
shoulders with fingers in front and thumbs in back. Inhale and twist
to the left; exhale and twist back to the right. Breathing ins long
and deep, making sure to keep the spine as straight
as possible.
Repeat five times then reverse directions. Rest for
about a minute,
 then repeat entire process on the knees.
 4.FOURTH CHAKRA: Sitting up with legs crossed,
lock finger in a bear grip at the heart center, elbows pointing out to
the sides. Elbows move in a see-saw motion. Continue deep
breathing along with movement. Do this for
about three minutes, then rest. Repeat on knees to raise energy to a higher
level. Make sure  the pelvis is tucked.
 5.FIFTH CHAKRA: Cross-legged, grip knees and keep
elbows straight.  Flex upper part of the spine; inhale forward, exhale
back - 10 times then rest. Do shoulder shrug; inhale up, exhale
down. Do ten, then hold for 15 seconds in up
position. Repeat all of the above on the knees.
 6.SIXTH CHAKRA: Cross legs; lock fingers in bear
grip at throat level. Inhale; hold breath; then lock abdomen and
sphincter and push energy up as if you were squeezing a toothpaste out
 of a tube. Exhale the energy out the top of
your head as you raise your arms over your head. Do 10, then rest.
Repeat on knees.
7.SEVENTH CHAKRA: Cross-legged, stretch arms over
head and lock hands with index finger pointing up. Take an in-breath
by pulling the navel in, saying, "hmmmmm." Let the breath
out, saying, "Saaaa." (Or "Yah" ' "Weh") Repeat
in rapid breaths  for several minutes. Then inhale and squeeze the
energy from the base of the spine to the top of the head, hold breath as
 long as possible then exhale without losing
muscle tension. Relax your muscles and rest for one minute, then
repeat on knees.

When Iget to the 8th, I go down to the centers for the
Governor Channel of the Microcosmic Orbit- doing a contraction breathing
in and spiraling of NRG at each.  Then I do the Cadduceus, (again- quoted
from site:

On the in-breath, feel a band of white come up from your left foot, circle
three times around your body, then disappear into the throat center as you
exhale.
     Repeat on in-breath with red band from right foot, circling three
times, then into the throat center on exhale.
     After becoming expert at visualization of these separately, practice
with seeing both bands at once.


     The Advanced Caduceus formulates wings on the out-breath through the
throat center on each circulation.
    A white wing will be create on the left side with the out breath; a red
wing will be coming from the right side of the throat.
(note- I do the wings at Ajna instead of Vishuddha)
then the Macrocosmic
                      Orbit (Micro Orbit including arms and legs- NRG up
legs to perineum and sacrum, up spine to 8th, pausing at heart area to go
thru arms and back)  , down front of body  to perineum and down legs to
start over again)- red up and white down.   (I‚ve been doing Daoyin
exercizes separately to enhance the Orbit).

(10 reps each) Then I breathe energy in to the three
dantiens and in to a visualized center encompassing the area from the
knees to the feet (a
sort of 4th dantien).   Then bring NRG up and fountain
out the top in classic Middle Pillar style- white up and red down.
(10 reps each)
Visualize four spheres around body and cardinal points
(representing 4Elements- axis being 5th) ˆ twirl up and down Sushumna
to balance Elemental forces in Chakras.  Then visualize entire body and one unified
Chakra and breath
 NRG in to it- 10 reps.
breathe and pack NRG in to heart, lungs,
 liver, spleen and bones, (with mantra words for each
intoned) condense
NRG in to Hara point, spiral it there (10 reps), bring
down in to earth, back up- spiral at feet, up to perineum, spiral
there, then back to Hara.  Following that, I do the Fusion of 5
Elements meditation-
this involves visualizing diamonds with the Circle of
Later Heaven image on the head  implanted in the body at the navel,
kidneys and base of spine.  NRG is again breathed from the heart,
lungs, kidneys, liver and spleen.  This energy is then
directed to the front diamond.  Energy is then drawn from the armpits and
hips to the side diamonds, then from the base of spine, mid-back and
back kidney points to the back diamond.   Energy is then drawn from the
stars and earth thru the top and base of the Sushumna.  This is all
then focussed into a cauldron-structure at the Hara point and condensed
in to a pearl.

There‚s more after this- evoking guardian animals for
each element/direction and feeding them your Kleshas
visualized as parts of your innards (stolen shamelessly from Phil Hine‚s
Dattatreya Rite).  After that a variation on the Ninth Night Working-
circulating NRG from 8th to right hand, Svadisthana and to left hand back to
8th, then from Sahasrara to right elbow to Manipura to left elbow to
Sahasrara, Anahata, kidney points and Svadisthana then a diamond with
Manipura at apex and Svad at bottom.  This helps to tune in and increase
receptivity for the final part.   Then I do some Merkabah-type breath/aura
Work.- visualizing the Tetrahedrons around me moving NRG to Anahata and
expanding it outward during another series of 36 rounds of pranayama,
gradually stabilizing the field as I do.  Then all raised NRG is focussed in to the Hara cauldron and a
syllable is intoned to balance it all out.


I built this up over a period of several moonths- oddly enough it‚s not
nearly as complicated or time-consuming as it may look as most of the Work
was gradually made organic as I went along.    It‚s insane but effective.
