THE EARTHSPIRIT INVOCATION

0.    From the one Source of Life all images flow.

All Gods, Spirits, Symbols and Archetypes are reflections within
the Great Mother: The Group Unconscious Mind.
I draw forth and draw together
all Gods, Spirits, Symbols and Archetypes
Within the NU EARTHSPIRIT TEMPLE
I assemble the pieces of the Body of The EARTHSPIRIT
to recreate the True Self, the Global Consciousness;
The Worldsoul.   
Within the Supreme realm of Ancient Archetypes
the World Soul sits enthroned
listening to the cry of the EARTHSPIRIT
Centering the power of the stars
From the Starfire the Voice of Global Consciousness Speaks:

1.    The cry of anguish and pain wells up within the Earth,
    Shaking our bodies, minds, and spirits.
    She is deathly ill.

2.    Her bones are being crushed, her blood is being poisoned,
    Her breath is being polluted and her creatures are being destroyed.

3.    The EARTHSPIRIT now rises up in our hearts with fire and strength to cleanse herself of     dis-ease.

4.    All beings must now unite and reintegrate with the Earth.

5.    There are three ways to reintegrate with Gaia and so strengthen bonds to heal and renew the     EARTHSPIRIT and ourselves.
    By Will, by Knowledge, and by Action.

6.    We must WILL growth, creativity, ecological sanity and fulfillment.  We must WILL unity     and love of nature and of ourselves as part of nature.  We must deeply feel we deserve     happiness and harmony or we are doomed to illusion and species suicide.

7.    We must seek to KNOW the Divine in ourselves, in nature, and in all beings.  We must seek     to KNOW the harmonious working of ourselves as part of Gaia through truth and balance.  In the     understanding of nature all is possible.

8.    We must ACT and ACT soon!
    The Earth is heating up.  We have changed the weather, destroyed much of the Earth, and     poisoned much of the rest.  This must stop for our survival and the survival of the     EARTHSPIRIT.
    We must ACT now:
    socially/politically/magickally/individually/spiritually/ collectively/physically/mentally/and     lovingly.

9.    We each hold the Voice of Truth within us.  Each of us must     listen to that voice that speaks     from the heart of the Earth. 
    We each know what to do.

10.    The EARTHSPIRIT now reaches out to every being.  Will we dance with Her in joy? or will we abide in the cremation ground?       OM HA!




A CALL TO RE-NU THE EARTHSPIRIT

Aion

I cry and then the stillness
echoes of my shattered scream,
Humanity listens only for a moment and then flees back
to small pleasures and easy consumption.

Listen then. I have tried to tell the broken story. I have whistled the tune of my rape and drummed my feet in rage upon the earth, but you listen only for a moment and then flee back to small pleasures and easy consumption.

My body shakes and the splintered shafts of packed humanity fall;
concrete and toxic fumes, mudslides and fires
all harvest from the twisting of my flesh.
Look, see what you have done? You kill your children!
But...you listen only for a moment and then flee back to small pleasures
and easy consumption.

Even now the sky burns and mutates you and your kin
from the hole you have ripped in the sky
the ocean rises and 40,000 children die of starvation every day.
The bones and lethal dust piles up about you,
but you listen only for a moment and then flee back
to small pleasures and easy consumption.

Hear now the voice of the broken egg.
Here now the vibration unbalanced and outraged.
See now the gathering storm clouds of my shifting.
No longer will I allow you to listen only for a moment
nor can you flee back to your small pleasures and easy consumption. No.

You are consuming me.
You are eating your children.
You are poisoning your ancestors and your descendents.
Now...

EYES ARE OPEN!

Your Mother now wakes you from your self imposed nightmare.
Again and again will I call you.
You don’t have to live like this.
There are choices every day that kill or heal.
It is time now to heal;

GO!

Forward and gently with joy and openness.
Change and use your Many Masks.

Eco-Warriors, come forth!
Eco-Magickians, appear!
Eco-Artists, manifest!
Green-Ones and Tree Lovers
Gardeners and Wild Protectors

You are my Heart
You are the seed that I plant for tomorrow
You are the scavengers and the survivors
The Rememberers and the Healers
Come thou forth and Act!

Save what can be saved!
Protect what can be protected!
Change what can be changed!
Overcome the spreading Darkness!
Heal and nourish continually in all things!
Respect and revere the Mother
and Listen

 I speak to you
You are of me
I am the Earth.

Feel the currents of wind and water.
Feel the freezing and thawing of the ice-caps
Feel the slow but sure drift and grind of the continents.
Feel the different seasons as they come and go

You and the Earth are one being
Feel the Soil, the Rocks, the Roots
Feel the blanket of living things that covers the Earth
Then, deeper....deeper....Feel the soil
Feel the Bedrock....deeper...deeper...
Feel the mounting heat until you see a dark red glow...
You burst into the molten core of the Magma
Feel the power and turbulence
Here is the Heart...the Heart of the Earth
Finally you are in the Center
The Earth’s heartbeat is Your heartbeat
It is the Being of the Earth, of Gaia
The very center of the Light is a Green Circle
 Gaia, the Worldsoul
You are suddenly within this circle and you
Open your eyes and See....
