An Artists life, well, part of my life

Russell. Kaye

As I arise from my bed my weary head rested and energized from the following day, I lay wondering, thoughts drifting thru my head like the mists that
reach up to the morning sun. I look out the window and see the moon perched up in the sky. Ah, the coolness of the moon and the warmth from the sun.
My body comes alive as I spring out of bed, ready to meet the challenges of the coming day. I get a relaxing cup of jasmine tea and go out to watch the

world come alive, the colors in the sky as the sun peeks its head out, the velvet black becoming bluer and bluer, a vision illuminating all that it
touches, the birds singing in the trees, a chirp ringing my ears, the aroma of the flowers wafting their perfumes to meet my nose and delight my eyes
as the light touches them, I see the dew drops in the spiders web, the spider looks content in its wondrous natural beauty. I am happy, sitting here
lapping up the elemental
energies all around me. as the sensual might of nature invades
my senses and the energy rushes thru me bringing a energetic bliss as it kisses my entire being. Simple joys, simple beauty in its complexity.

I get up and go thru my daily rituals. passive energies build into active ones. I am becoming more alive as the energies surge thru me and within me
build. I shower the water soothing and massaging my skin, each drop entwining me with its glistening beauty. Each pore opens, as my spine and nerves

send a message of joy to my mind as I unwind.

My taste buds ignite as they delight in the taste of each tasty mouthful of breakfast. The aroma of the honey from the toast sending shivers of bliss
as my mouth kisses each slice.

I dress as the music travels it sonic sound thru the air, each vibration moving with my body as I hum and sing to the ring of the music and its song

as I walk out the door onward to face and embrace the passions and energies of the new day. I hear and feel the sounds of all and everyone all around.
feeling and experiencing emotions of all types. I absorb each one with each moment and movement of my being. I greet each person as I meet them with a
smile as I slither into work. Each personality with a character of their own. We talk sharing each ones lives with each other. What we did , how we are
feeling and so on. MMM, indeed life is good.

In my inner silence I ache for something else, my thoughts linger for a fleeting moment, traversing the universe.

Shall we go to lunch my workmates ask and a beaming smile comes to my face as I thinks of the delights of food, MMM yummy. As we sit in the restaurant
I feel very content and sense all the energies all around me, savoring each delightful bite. The energies drift thru the air and I am enjoying
 this
without a care in the world, just our moment.

The afternoon goes by and I end my workday and travel home.

Onto the evening activities which I enjoy with love and passion, ah much enjoyment and feasting.

I sit in silence and darkness as always my thoughts drift across the sands of my
emotions and feelings. I think of those who I dearly love and wonder
how they are going. I watch the day become night as the light of the day fades and a new delight paves its way across the skies each one igniting a
flame inside my roaring heart. The moon shining bright, its beams beam down upon my body, each ray of light delighting my body, mind and spirit. The
scent of the tea drifting up to meet me. I end the day in simple silence and reflection, the mirror that is the same yet vastly different. A balance of
energies and the inner and outer self.

Different Energies

I lie in my bed the moon light and the procession of stars are shining in the night skies. I see a falling star sail by in its brilliance. The blackness soon turns to a velvet blue as the stars give way to the morning light. I love the moment between
the closing of the veil of the dark of the night and the opening of the light.  All I see now is Venus, the morning star and the fullness of the moon. As I arise in the morning I can hear the beautiful sounds of the birds outside waking to the morning sun, the cats purr and rub against me in their morning greeting.  Walking outside with a cup of tea I sit down and watch a bird in the tree or a family of birds flittering around the ground. I see a bird or a flock fly by on their daily journey. Flying free in liberty. The colors and hues of the morning skies as the sun kisses all around. The spider in its dew laden web. The beauty of the landscape all around from the trees, to the shrubs, to the flowers to the moss on the ground. The smells, the sights, the delight of Nature in
its elemental wonder and beauty to the senses, mind, body and spirit. I breathe in and absorb the elemental energies all around me.

To get energy one needs direct physical contact with a living energy source. The picture I have painted above is an example of all the various elemental energies we have around us that we can draw from both an energy level and use for creativity and motivation one.  There are various ways of absorbing Elemental energies. Two examples are breathing in the energies thru the pores of the skin or the nose. The other is to utilize the senses by getting the energies through the use of sight, sound, smell, and touch.

Music of another kind floods my mind.  As I move to sit in the middle of the floor from a long day, soft notes float through the room from a player on the desk. Each note that reaches my ears sends a message to my mind and I begin to quiet from the inside. Each note is like a key used to unlock a door. Each door brings a deeper breath, a slower breath, and I slowly relax and hear nothing but the notes. Now I can hear not just the notes but each beat of my heart as it pushes the blood through my system. I am now slowly becoming one with my inner self.  I can feel the change in the air as you enter the room. The energy around me has changed and now there is another source for me to take advantage. As you sit next to me I reach out and take your hand in mine. You touch my shoulder with your other hand and now I am feeling myself
come alive yet again. Focusing on one another, our touches, as simple as they may be, enable us to share our energies willingly with one another. Each breath, each thought takes in your essence. I feel warm at first then quickly anxious as I take it all in. Tingly, jittery, and very upbeat I continue to focus on you and all that is around you. I can smell your scent and it too is like a key to another door which has been locked.

From the sounds and touch to the smell itself, all these things allow us to draw energies directly from another. Although we may not always have a person so close to us to share energies with like described above, we can take little pieces of energy from the people with which we come into contact on a daily basis. It may not be as quickly fulfilling,
but we choose to allow what we wish to affect us. We choose to focus on that which benefits us the most.
Below I will paint a picture of chaotic energies.

Inflaming our senses, we go out the door, saying hello to the people as they pass by. We open the door, get into the car, and travel down the silence of the street. All silent, except for the birds chirping in the trees. The sun is shining in the blues skies and the moon is perched in the blue. We turn on the CD player and put in some music, the sounds drift into the air. Onto the chaos of the freeway we go all the traffic and noise all around us. The rushing of the cars and trucks going
by. The thunderous, wonderful sound of a motorbike zooming past the rider and passenger feeling the wind against their bodies, like a bird soaring in the skies in liberty. We then drive into the parking lot of the local town centre and see all the people rushing around, the noise and the sounds. All the active chaotic energetic sounds all around. We enter a marketplace and look at the various stalls with arts and crafts on them and the stalls selling the delights of food and drink. People rush by and people laughing and all sorts of emotions rushing thru us. As we exit, we go and do shopping and feel the chaotic energies all around. We then enter the opera house and see a matinee. The soaring voices, the people all around the joy, the delights the sorrows. The drums beat, the stings long twang.  All the different energies converge into us. We then leave
and out into the street and shop again. All the people rushing around, the noise from all around and the sounds of traffic. We get into the car and ride away from the chaos and arrive at a ranch and get on the horses and ride into the woods.

The above represents how the energies of chaos are all around us and how we can use them for our benefit.

Energy is all around us and in many forms and types. There are many techniques and methods in which we can put energy into us and many different energy signatures. Learning how to control the input and output of energy would be of
great benefit as is focus and fine-tuning. For many life as well as energy is like a rollercoaster and things such as weather, stress and our surroundings play and part in energy input and output. I have found that learning  about yourself, your needs, yourself  and providing a balance is  the key Looking at the big and the small things in our lives and all around us.. A simple way of doing this is observing and writing a record in a diary   Even if it is just a few lines, I am sure it will help.

Nutrition, Exercise and Rest

Dear Reader,

One thing that I think that is important in enjoying a quality, happy, healthy, prosperous life is the three triads of nutrition, exercise and rest. This is also important in energy management.  We are only as good as what we put into both our minds and bodies.

In life our education comes from a variety of sources. A couple of these come from our experiences, and the lessons we learn from them and the second one is what we study at school,
university and other institutions. In thinking about this a lot of people put into their minds material from what we experience and study, so it is only logical that we also consider what we put into our bodies in what we eat and drink. For me what we put into both our minds and bodies should be of the highest quality, so that we can be the best we can be and work at our best. Looking after our bodies and taking careful consideration of what we put into us in my opinion very important. This is something that is often overlooked. If we feed our minds and bodies with the right material, we will find that energy management is easier to achieve and we do not have to put unnecessary drains on our bodies and minds.

In saying this we go onto the next in the triad of three, which is
exercise. In order to function properly we need a certain amount of exercise. We do not have to put strains and pressures on our bodies and minds in order to exercise. We can work to our own pace and what we enjoy doing.  I find creative endeavors work are wonderful in exercising both the mind, body and spirit. Spiritual “exercises “are equally important also. I find that the best exercises for me is gentle exercises such as, reading, creativity, such as art, walking, swimming, yoga and  gentle martial arts such as Tai Chi.  Do something we will enjoy and get pleasure out of doing. Exercise enables us to keep the body in shape by working the muscles, bones and other parts of the body. Exercising the mind by various methods  keep the mind active. Exercising the mind and body releases various hormones and
chemicals into the body that maybe of benefit.

As we travel along to the next triad in our journey. That is the one of resting. Resting comes in many forms. These are sleeping, silent reflection, meditation, resting the body after exercise, sitting, lying down, having a bath and so forth. Resting enables us to "regenerate" and give the mind and body time to rest/recuperate. With exercise, we are providing an active stimulus to our minds and bodies. In resting with are providing a passive stimulus to our bodies and mind, A balance in a way. In our intake of energy, we need a balance, so that we do not get too much and not enough. What we need to consider in addition to where we get our energy from is Nutrition, Exercise and
Rest. Looking at these three will enable you to better manage your energy intake and output.  If we look at ourselves in addition to the sources and methods of getting energy, things can be less stressful and draining on our energy reserves and resources.

Senses and Sensory Senses

Our journey begins with the ear. The sense of SOUND. Looking at the ear we see that it looks similar to speakers in your music system only instead of pushing out sound and energy it
receives it. Like the speakers there are vibrations that when received can be converted into energy, sound waves and electrical and nerve impulses in the brain. The ear can hear all a variety of tones on many levels. For example emotional.

As we continue on our journey there the senses we see the eyes  Which is the senses of SIGHT. The eyes can see many things both beautiful and ugly. We can see colours and see how others react and their body language. We see form and shape. We see our environment and the contorts of different dimensions both 2D and 2D. Some can see our reaction and feeling by looking at our eyes and expressions. Eyes can smile. Eyes can look sad. Eyes can cry tears
which have various chemicals in them. As the tears fall down our face and touches or skin, There is also the saying the eyes are the mirror to our soul. Perhaps yes, perhaps no. Sight also shows us what food looks good and what looks bad. Along with sound it can be a safety screen to danger. The eyes and sight along with sound do provide a point of contact to our minds.

Another point of contact in our journey in the sense of SMELL. The nose provides the current to smell. We smell the smell of different thing ranging from food to the smells of the body and our environs. We smell something and it can have a reaction to our emotions and body. Take for example we smell
freshly baked bread. The smell of it can make up hungry and crave it. We smell heat and the smell before it rains. The moisture in the air. We smell the elements and flora and fauna. We smell and react to perfumes on all levels.

Our next stop station in our journey in the sense of TASTE. Our lips, mouth and tongue are the tolls associated with taste. The tongue has receptors that pick up sweet, sour and bitter tastes. We lick an ice cream and other foods and liquids. Our tongue and sense of taste can lick along a partners  skin and lips. Note the senses that I have mentioned so far are sometimes referred to in some "Magical" texts as the 7 holes in the head, which also relates to the
old system of 7 planets. Ah, I digress dear reader. Kisses releases certain chemical which others react to and has been associated to our next sense, that of TOUCH. Touch communicates what we say and how we feel toward our environment and others Note that so far all our senses relates to the nerves and neural pathways. One organ that has a big part in touch is the skin and the pores in our skin.  We touch all sorts of things in our lives. Objects both living and non-living. Thru touch we can show how we feel toward other and we can feel what something feel like and convey a message to the brain. Thru this senses we can feel hot or cold. We can feel the elements and so on. One senses that connect all senses is that of the MIND. All the senses are connected to the mind thru nerves, neural pathways and electrical impulses. We use all our senses all the time and we
should look at how they relate to us and others. Emotions, energy, feelings and how we interact and act to the world, people and our environment is related to the senses.  Take some time our to explore you senses and you may just learn sometime mew about who you are.
