Galactic Synchronization

Carl Jung coined the term synchronization, or synchronicity and the
rock band the Police popularized it!
This is when random events coincide in one’s life to turn the ordinary
into something significant.  I find numerical synchronicities rather
interesting, like seeing 11:11 on the digital clock, or 1:11, 4:44,
5:55, or 3:33.  I also like seeing license plates numbers like 666,
418, 260, 777, etc.

The Mayan Long Count cycle is coming to an end December 21st, 2012.
The interesting thing about the count is that it is counting down to
zero.  Some liken this to the Zero Point spoken of by Pierre Teilhard
de Chardin, which is where the Omega Point, or Noosphere (collection
of human thought) becomes conscious of itself, and this term has been
connected with Planetary Consciousness.  The Mayan Long Count, which
is different from the 260 kin (day) Tzolkin, is 5125.36 years.

Some people working with the 13 Moon Peace Calendar Movement, first
kicked off by Dr. Jose Arguelles, the author of the Mayan Factor, and
the creator of the Dreamspell, call for throwing away the Gregorian
calendar because it is uneven, mechanical and boring.  Myself, after
working with many calendar systems, I don’t think throwing away
anything is wise, as we can learn from every calendar modality.  And
there is synchronicity in the Gregorian Calendar!

I think the ending of the 5125.36 year Mayan Long Count cycle shows
the final synchronization of the Gregorian calendar too, as since 2000
we've had a steady stream of these, 2/20/2000, 1/1/1, 2/2/2, 3/3/3,
4/4/4, 5/5/5, 6/6/6, 7/7/7, 8/8/8, 9/9/9, 10/10/10, 11/11/11, and
12/12/12. So that's 13 final synchronization before the end of the
Mayan Long Count, 12/21/2012. I think it is a good time for global
celebrations and world healings.

So if we add Calleman's date of October 28, 2011 we get the number 14,
Galactic Harmonization.
It’s all numbers.  No number is evil, imo.  I think the lesson in all
of this is how to live in the current aion, the presence, the Eternal
Now.
