Invocation 156 by Frater 147
Song
of the Goddess Who Rides a Tiger
by Noctua
the moon shines
through the fibers of night
full face of silver amidst
trees of silence
& the black body of Nu
revealed by the pale lilac
luna light
blackest image
beyond the mirror
beyond the earth bogs
beyond the swamp of
nightmare dream
moonlight cloaks the naked
night body
with luminescent illusion.
Woman cloaks herself in
moonlight.
I cast a circle
fine as thread
from a silken spider web.
My breath is dew.
I raise the horned crown.
I call the power from the
wind.
I gather the light around
me like a storm.
I dance as flame
rejoicing to burn the air
to spin webs of fragrant
smoke
blue & silver about you.
You are drifting in my
ocean.
I am casting silver seeds
upon the dream soil.
You have sprouted scarlet
moon-juice trees
in sleep you are drinking
soma
& kissing the lips of a
woman with chestnut hair
whose perfume confuses your
thoughts.
Follow me into the night.
I will lead you to the
dream door
put the key in hand -
the opening words are
whispered by
the lips of a whore.
