| In the Spirit of the Great Work and
the Magickal Fraternity which encompasses all who follow the Path, the
Hermetic and Alchemical Order of QBLH and the Horus-Maat Lodge declare
the formation of a relationship as Sister Orders. With each
Order independent in its own right, this Declaration acknowledges the reciprocal
and fraternal kinship between the Brothers and Sisters of both Orders.
With this Declaration, it is formally recognized that henceforth a state
of Mutual and Perpetual Benevolence exists between both Orders. The formation
of this relationship sets the foundation for joint and cooperative endeavors
encompassing the full range of interests of that which both Orders hold
in common including, but not limited to, collaboration in areas of occult
research, magickal workings, discussion forums, and public publishing endeavors.
This relationship is hereby affirmed by Soror Andahadna (Nema), Frater Aion and Frater Shade of the Horus-Maat Lodge and Soror Tala, Frater N.E., and Frater V.S.P. of the Hermetic and Alchemical Order of QBLH, and herewith is signed this 31st Day of January, in the Year 1999, e.v., Sun in Aquarius, Moon in Leo.
